Just be yourself and be confident. Think of the person you want to be (they can be a friend or someone famous - anyone) and imitate them and think what they would wear or how they would react to the situation you are in. Once you are used to being confident then it will come naturally and you will no longer feel the need to "act the part". Trying to hard (head to toe designer gear) just looks Chav and it's more important to find your own style and wear what makes you feel good about yourself.

its all about being confident. Ever noticed that the 'cool' kids at school arent the pretty ones, or talented ones, they're the confident ones... but u cant fake this, u have to love urself! just think that everyone should want to talk to u cos ur a great person... and they'll all believe it.

get highlights get your hair curled and put it up in a puff
makeup:
eyes:light eyeliner and eyeshadow a shade darker than ur skin
lips:lib gloss
cloths: hollister, ae,abercrombie and fitch,areo
extra: talk a lot and comment people thats how you make more friends
