Eh; it's not the best thing to do but I do it. I have wavy hair and I straighten it but it damages my hair so much. I let mine air dry until it's just damp and then I blow dry it to cut down on the heat damage - my mom bought me & my sisters some stuff it's really good & I recommend you try it. It's a "Beyond the Zone" product but I just looked at it and it's really for straightners but it's a heat protection spray & it works really well. You can get it at Sally's - they also have some other stuff I dont know the name but you put it on the ends of your hair & it helps to repair it. Hope I could help :]

exact same thing happens to me, but i think not blow drying some of the time is good for you hair... but if u do chose not to blow dry it, then braid your hair before going to sleep, it helps keeping the bumps away, (but might make your hair a little wavy.) Or you could always take a shower earlier or go to bed later...

It depends. If it is in the morning then don't let it dry over time. But if it is at night then yes because as you say it ends up messy. Blow drying does damage your hair but you don't want to look bad in the morning then do you?

Don't blow dry everytime you take shower. Once a week is ideal. Try not to sleep when you next take shower and let the hair dry naturally. Then you will not find it messy.

If you are constantly blow drying your hair you are going to damage your hair. If you dont want to blow dry your hair, dry it really well with your towel, comb it out to make it look nice then your can
1. Put your hair in one big braid with a rubber band at the end
or
2. Wrap your hair around your head with bobby pins and tie it up with a scarf.

do not blo dry every time you take a shower. In stead, leave it wet and tie it into a ponytail or a bun. make sure it is pulled tight so that it does not come out. i shower every night and this technique works great. when you wake up in the morning, brush it and it will go completely straight. bestofluckkkk. <33

All that aggressive heat can damage your hair.Instead wrap your hair into a towel and let it dry for about 20 minutes. It keeps you hair fresh and pumped up volume.

i don't blow mine but my hair is VERY straight and the blow drying makes it straighter so i like to leave it wet, but never sleep with it wet.

No, try not to blowdry it everyday. It will get damaged. If you have to, go to bed with it wet, and then in the morning, use a small amount of herbal essences smoothing cream to make it look better.
