i have strieght hair but no matter what i cant scrunch any suggestions to help me do it

i am considering purchasing a wig. I would like to buy one that will last a good while. Should i buy a natural hair wig or another type? I will be wearing this wig daily.

Just to give a background, I recently dyed and permed my hair, so now it is red and frizzy because the perm has worn out. My hair now falls just below my shoulders and the only thing i can do with it is wear it up. I am considering cutting my hair really short to get rid of my damaged hair. I have never had short hair and have kind of a square shaped face. Please give me any advice- I cant STAND not being able to do anything with my hair without spending hours on it.

I need help my brother Neill is in the Marine's well he's coming home from Japan tommorow and I can't think of any way to do my hair and that's were you come in!
ok so I'm 13 I have a little longer than shoulder length hair and it is redish/brown and I have layers and bangs now my bangs are a little past my eyes and I can't think of anything to do with my hair.
can you suggest any hairstyles that I can do with in an hour of time?

My hair is long, about down to my waist. I don't OVER wash it; about 5 days out of 7. I don't blow dry it at all. It's not permed. I don't use a bunch of products on it. I JUST wash and condition it! I always use a leave in detangler/conditioner in addition to the conditioner I use after the shampoo. I use a soft brush or a wide toothed pick to GENTLY comb it out. I might brush it once more during the course of the day and that's it. It is towel dried before I comb it so it's still very damp.

I know it's going to break off some, especially since it's so long but holy cow! I get a LOT of breakage!

Would a pony tail help to protect it a little? How about braids? When I do any of these things I'm sure to use the holders that aren't held together by metal clasps or anything.

Can you see anything that I'm doing wrong or NOT doing? Have you any advice to give me?

I have really really curly slightly frizzy hair. It's hopeless in humid weather. I live in Florida, so you can only imagine what it's looked like lately.
Anyway, I have a really nice straightening iron that works really well on good days, but when it's humid my hair just curls up and poofs out. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how I can get it to stay straight even when it's humid outside?

Yea, Im in Florida and its quite humid, so I step outside and my hair completely frizzes up... I have black (kinky) hair but its relaxed now so its straight... when it gets frizzy it almost looks like I had never gotten it relaxed...
Any ideas on how to treat frizziness? and any ideas how to prevent it in the first place? (like some type of moisturizer of shampoo or something...)
