I dyed my hair black about 3 weeks ago and i want my cute blonde hair back!!!!! How can i do it?

I'm a 22 yr old female going bald. It is very embarassing, I don't know what to do and I don't have the money to go through all those expensive hair procedures and if I do end up coming up with the money I want to may sure it works.

I have chest length, light-brunetter hair, slightly wavy that I usually curl or straightened, with long layers, long bangs, and a frame around my face. But I haven't had a haircut in a while, so it's starting to look a bit scraggly. I'm thinking of going with something totally new (but I don't want it super short or anything) Any suggestions?

It would be great if someone could direct me to a website with some pictures too :)

my hair has been one length for years now, i have had it short and long, but always one length, i have a full heavy face, should i try to keep it all one length and just have some of those little bangs, or should i keep it all one length without the bangs as i am now? thank you for any opinions

My wife has been buying Biolage and Paul Mitchell shampoos lately. They're like $20 a liter, except when they're on sale sometimes $10 a liter. That's a lot more than a bottle of $2 Suave. Is it really that much better? I can't tell the difference myself.

I got Synthetic Dreads a couple days ago, and just now realizing that some of these dreads are becoming loose, like, they are shredding a lot.
I used to cut the loose hairs out with a pair of scissors, but now I think I should just go see mainteinence, anyone else with this experience(with or without synthetic, or with natural dreads)?
