Have a professional stylist strip out the black dye. They'll follow up with additional color and toning...and an extra strength conditioning regime - all that coloring and bleaching will cause a lot of damage to your hair. If you are still interested in a darker color, ask about toning down the black and applying a brown rinse and, maybe, pulling out a few highlights. Sometimes these things require the opinion, coaxing and skill of a trained stylist.

WAIT! Contrary to popular belief, trying to color your hair blonde after coloring it black will NOT bring it back to blonde...it will simply lighten it and make it red and/or orange-ish. I suggest trying one of these two options:
1. (Most recommended) See a salon professional. They will know how best to get your hair back to they way you like it WITHOUT frying it or having to go through multiple mistakes!
2. Color your hair to a meduim natural brown, wait 3 weeks, and then try raising it to a blonde shade. WARNING! Coloring your hair this way is not only risky (you might not get the color you want) it can also fry your hair. Don't listen to the boxes that tell you it leaves your hair in better condition or it wont dry out your hair. ANY color dries out your hair somewhat.
I still recommend seeing a professional. AND I STRONGLY recommend that you DONT try to go from black to blonde.
Good Luck! And I hope this helps!

Do not put bleach on your hair and do not put another color over it, color does not remove color. You will need to strip the black out of your hair, that's not good, but that is the only way,or just let it grow out. You should go to a color expert to have this done. They will strip the color out, your hair will be a funky color after they do this, probably orange. Then they can recolor your hair. If you insist on doing this your self you can get this stuff called Color Fix that removes hair color. You can order it on line. Have some one that you can trust to help you put it on evenly. If you Hair is already damaged I would go to a professional.

Sometimes in life we have to get professional help. This is one of those times.
Call around to salons and ask who has the best colorist. Make an appointment, bring $$$ as a good one is expensive. Explain what you did to your hair and what products you have used. Tell them your natural hair color (they will have swatches) and let them fix it. The risk of damage to your hair is greater if you attempt to do this yourself & you still may not get a good result.
The other option is get a very short hair cut and wait.

Wow, that's a problem. Call the company that makes the dye. Tell them what happened. They can tell you what you'll need to do. More than likely, you'll have to strip your hair. When you do use tea tree oil. It will help. But I would go to a professional hair dresser.

I have brown curly hair and I have Blonde highlights. Maybe you should try lighter blonde, that might look better than brown, dark brown just looks kind of trashy.
