I have heard a lot about nair and veet. I am sick of razors and cutting myself.

I wouldn't go with nair - I used it twice. It smells like rotten eggs or a perm and if you leave it on too long, it burns your skin!

Nair is crap! it stings like the very devil...and usually i have to apply it 3 times before ALL the hair is dissolved, and it smells horrible, even the "scented" ones. by the time im done im red, burning and i stink!
I've not tried veet...but I'm pretty sure its the same.
Epilstop doesn't work either...same reasons are above.
waxing it a bit better BUT it hurts, and you have to wait till your hair is grown out at least a 1/2 inch for it to be effective.
i cant afford electrolysis *wish i could*...so i just stick to shaving.
i don't shave everyday (my legs that is), i just shave when i am wearing shorts or skirt! i ALWAYS put lotion on too, it helps keep your skin from drying out and makes the hairs softer too.

perhaps it works for YOU because you don't have sensitive skin. assuming anyone that doesn't like it is not "using it the right way" is ridiculous. every ones skin is different and reacts differently to things.

the best so far i've used is veet. its easy and smooth and it doesnt irritate skin
