After I shampoo and condition my hair and dry it, what should I put it in while its wet? Should I use a polisher or smoothing and shine serum?

I usually use suave shampoo and aussie conditioner. I find all shampoos about the same as I have tried expensive ones with no noticeble difference whereas cheap conditioners don't work well for me

I just bought a straighten/curling iron from Walmart. I have curly/frizzy hair. Everytime i use it the top of my hair is perfectly straight and the layers under are all curly. I try overlapping but it doesnt straighten very well. also the ends are never straight!! EVER!! Help plz!!

My hair is medium length, very THIN, with layers and blonde highlights. I'm naturally brunette. My problem is my hair is always pissing me off by being all split-ended no matter what I seem to do. Any suggestions? I've been using Biolage color care conditioner, which I had high expectation of because of the hipe and price, but I don't really like it because it seems I have to use a whole handful to get it to spread through my whole head of hair, and afterwards my hair doesn't even feel soft!! I want soft SHINEY hair with body. Is this possible to obtain? My hair also seems so dull. Please only serious and mature answers from people who know how to SPELL!!! Thanks!
