ok...im going to color my hair, but im like dark honey color...andi tend to get really dar during the summer...im going to color my hair a dark brow...GOOd or no good?

It should look beautiful. The old rule not to go with hair lighter than your skin is outdated. Look at Iman and Beverly Johnson, the supermodels. They both are dark brown and have worn lighter hair and look AMAZING.
But if you don't want to look blah, also consider soft highlights instead of one flat color.

It depends on how u look.
But what goes look good is brown(not dark) hair w/ blond highlights

totally awesome, filipinos (sp) and mexicans have dark skin and they also have dark hair and they look awesome so it is a totally natural look =P
