i have naturally light brown hair with some grown out blond/dirty blond highlights...it also has some red in there i dont know how....but idk i was thinking a dark reddish brown...i dont know maybe some unnaturally colored(blue/red) highlights/lowlights ya any ideas? im just curious as to what people come up with =)

they way you look now is probably better than anything you can concoct in the laboratory

I have the same thing. Do it that color you were talking about. That dark brownish reddish. With bright red highlights. Or just dark brown with blue highlights.

I usually go into beauty supply place and rub a little of the colors i like on my skin, if they don't go your hair won't look right the best color choice would be Red with brownish blonde highlights.

Test it - easily.

go to a wig store. try on wigs in the different colors you are considering. Decide on the color you like best for your basic color, one that you like and that looks good on you.

then decide if you want highlights/lowlights, and what accent color would look good with the base color you choose.

a light to medium auburn might be nice, but it would be best to have a professional do it. Have them show you some swatches. They can even mix colors to suit you.

You can ask a stylist or check online for what would look best on you. It is kind of hard to tell without seeing you.

i recommend using an online makeover. iVillage has a great *FREE* makeover tool called 'Makeover-O-Matic' You upload a pic of you and try on different hairstyles, hair color, contacts, makeup, even whiten your teeth! it's lots of fun and really helpful!!
