Why is it a Wisconsin state law that you have to be 16 to get your nose pierced??? I can't understand why... because my 15 year old sister went to a tattoo/piercing shop to get a nose piercing, and they told her that it's a state law and you gotta be 16 to get it pierced. What I don't understand is... some 12 year olds have their noses pierced... and I don't understand how they can... because it's a state law to be 16 and all... Thanks!!

i always have the problem with 'mustache' upper lip hair.
will REGULAR body remover work? it doesnt say to use or not to use on face, but it doesnt name it in the chart where it says 'places to apply'

if not--
are their any other solutions that i can get rid of the hair in ONE night WITHOUT any laser surgery, and having to go out and buy anything?

I can shave my legs and get goosebumps in the shower and my hair will have grown back...no matter what, it grows back like crazy..I can never have smooth legs..I would seriously need to shave a few times a day for smooth legs, and then if I get cold..forget it...the smoothness is all over..lol...any suggetions?

Ive had so many people saying i shouldnt dye my brown hair blonde and if its possible for someone with black hair to dye it blonde then i think i should go for it.

i have a ring that was left to me that may be gold and appears to be set with three small diamonds. this has an angular, art deco style design and on the inside opposite the truglo inscription is what appears to be a copyright symbol (a small 'c' with a circle around it) engraved into the ring.
