i want to prevent breakage and split ends and promote healthy hair growth what do i use? my hair is thick coarse and relaxed

Creme of Nature Ultra Detangling and Moisturizing shampoo is excellent. Organic Root Stimulator Replenishing conditioner is excellent as well.

i'm black and i use garnier shampoo, conditioner and leave in and it works good for our hair because it gives moisture and shine
