Put blue or red streaks in my hair?

I have blonde hair now. I am a natural blonde, but I'm wanting to go darker. I have fair skin and blue eyes (I'm a nazi baby lol) and I was wanting to know what hair color would compliment my skin tone. Here is a picture of me... if you think you know of some hair colors i could "pull off" please let me know. Thanks!

im gunna cut a good chunk of my hair off and i straighten my hair almost everyday. i know its bad but i dont like my hair anyway else. so i need tips on whats the best product for repairing and oh shoot whats the word for it strengthens ur hair so it doesnt damage? haha anyways something like that or even a routine. im gunna cut my hair to my shoulders. that should get rid of most of the split ends i have now. please advice!!!!

I just got my hair cut and it is at my a little longer than my shoulders. I want to get it cut again and i want short shoppy layers. Maybe with sidebangs....but i dont know yet. Is that Emo?
