It depends on how you want to appear. Nice girls would wear pantyhose with a mini skirt. Not-so-nice would wear the stockings. Well, you are wearing the mini in the first place, so unless you are meeting someones mom, go with the stockings. Have fun and good luck.

a mini skirt nd heels?? um, i would say stockings just to make sure it's not so much skin showing innapropriatly. besides i think the thickness of the stocking would look better.

depending on what your look you are going for and what occasion it is.
Mini skirts are for the young... and shouldn't be worn with heels. Thats just too much.

Pantyhose & heels, if you must. Personally, i would choose neither, but since it is getting colder outside, i would go with pantyhose =]

i personally like stockings with a mini skirt, but it really dependz on where ur goin, like if ur hangin out wit friendz or @ skoool then most def stockins, but if u r goin 2 sumplce where ur mom is gonna b there then trust me n stick wit pantyhose!!

I prefer stockings ... (especially with a garter belt) ... the flashing of the top of the stockings under the hem of the mini-skirt is wildly erotic (in my opinion)
