I just got my hair cut and it is at my a little longer than my shoulders. I want to get it cut again and i want short shoppy layers. Maybe with sidebangs....but i dont know yet. Is that Emo? My friends are being really mean about it.....I like the hairstyles but my friends are making fun of me like i am a poser.....I am not trying to be Emo.....I just like the haircut....I have really thick hair and i want it to be thinner...sooo...would layers make it thinner? Please leave pics of some hairstyles for me to check out......thanks!

No... its not necessarily emo.. and whats wrong with emos anyways? They are cool lol... anyways heres your answer: The cut your talking about sounds like my friends hair cut. Its very cute and I like calling them pixie hair cuts and its exactly like you described, it short choppy with nice side bangs. Sort of like Paris Hilton's haircut but a bit more choppy! do no longer shade it! It seems large like that =) in case you extremely need to cut back it, get some short layers yet no longer too short, like as much as the tip of your chin, and get those on the back slightly shorter to furnish volume and a fascinating bob kinda shape. xoxo xD
