Doe anyone know if Dior does??

Yes - check Caring Consumer again because Lancome is a part of L'Oreal. It is on the list of companies that do test on animals. http://caringconsumer.org/pdfs/companiesDoTest.pdf

Lancome does test on animals. I googled out of curiousity. Astrostar.com. Peta also has a list of which company tests on animals.
