i dont know how to have my hair it is naturally dark blonde but its dyed brown at min, shud i have blonde?

If im out on the sun for a little while,can i still get a tan on my face while using a sunblock,or sunscreen?.I tan easly,and i want to tan my face a little.I dont think they have oilfree face self tanning lotions .do they?

I'm using Jazzing by clairol professionals. It says to dye on towel dried hair,avoiding scalp then cover with plastic cap and process with heat for 30 mts. I want to do this at home. It didn't take the first time it just all washed out. I applied and then dried for 30 mts with a dryer.Should I apply it on dry hair so it will stick better? Should I wait and hour next time? Should I use tin foil or something to hold the heat in? Need help please!

Whats the best shampoo and conditioner for colored hair?!?!?
I have recently dyed my hair red-auburn color and i used John Frieda Radiant Red stuff. Well it only made my hair color completely fade and look and feel terrible. Ive also tried dove, pantene, herbal essecense and they all make my hair look like crap!

Does anyone have any other good shampoos and stuff they have used for colored hair?

Also has anyone every tried ARTec or Quantem Reds shampoo? Do they work well?

It needs to be something i can get target, grocery store or Sally beauty supply.

the BMI say i am at a healthy weight. i am 5 ft. 6 in. and 122 pounds. i dont want to be though. i want to lose a few pounds, to slim my face, and tone my legs and tummy. i have some tummy pudge tht i want to get rid of. and my face isnt the best either but i am ok with it. its mostly my legs and my tummy. how can i tone my legs and get rid of the flab on my tummy before August 27th.??
