the BMI say i am at a healthy weight. i am 5 ft. 6 in. and 122 pounds. i dont want to be though. i want to lose a few pounds, to slim my face, and tone my legs and tummy. i have some tummy pudge tht i want to get rid of. and my face isnt the best either but i am ok with it. its mostly my legs and my tummy. how can i tone my legs and get rid of the flab on my tummy before August 27th.??
BTW i am in eighth grade.

running helps a bunch. It tones all your muscles and is really good for you. I hate running though. A lot of times, if i feel like working out, then i watch the fitness channel lol. They have work-outs non-stop. If you don't do that, then go with easy stuff like crunches, push-ups, stuff like that. A good way to tone legs is to stand up and then go on your tippy-toes and hold it for 8 seconds, then come down and repeat. It's the easiest. You can do it while your watching tv or somehting. It works really well.

Go jogging in the morning - start slowly, then build up pace and length - 2miles for your age should do it. Go to the gym for atleast 3-4 times a week, try the steppers and the running machine and ask for assitance about the most effective stomch exercises. walk everywhere and make a habit of going swimming with your friends every few days or so, ot going for a bike ride, or playing a sport. Take up a sporting club that goes twice weekly - like running or aerobics. Do 25 sit ups each night. try going to a beauty parlor and getting a body wrap, or try buying that instant abs machine, a body toner with those elctric shocks or a heated body wrap.
Most importantly east healthily and do not crash diet as this can be very bad for your health in the long run. Do not over work yourself, youve set yourself a quick time limit and although if you follow this plan you should begin to see some difference quikly, it is a very short space of time to tone up and might need to tke a little longer to get the perfect results

You need to get over being so preoccupied with your appearance.
This is at best sheer vanity, & at worst unhealthy.
Your body is going through a metamorphosis.
You are changing from a young girl into a woman.
Like from a chubby caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly.
Just continue to eat a healthy balanced diet & exercise.
Dieting creates a roller-coaster effect on your weight.

Eat Healthy. Excersise Daily. You're fine though.....don't go overboard. Good Luck.

i would eat healthier not less and try to work out every day do thing's like run do sit up's and maby go to the gym and do some stuff there

well my docter told me... just to change my diet.
exersise more.
and all that kinda stuff.
a few weeks ago i wheighed 103, and then i changed my diet. and i wheighed 97 pounds.

power walk or run. and
do some leg lifts and crunches with your legs up
and uh do bicycles.

i'd eat less run a lot and do sit ups now i'm thin and iit only took me 3 weeks so try it!!!

riding bikes is good for your legs... climbing stairs
id suggest running but you already sound pretty skinny..

you have to do some crunches and abodimals.It's easy really..not the exercise,but if you do this daily your stomach will burn some calories
