Whats the best shampoo and conditioner for colored hair?!?!?
I have recently dyed my hair red-auburn color and i used John Frieda Radiant Red stuff. Well it only made my hair color completely fade and look and feel terrible. Ive also tried dove, pantene, herbal essecense and they all make my hair look like crap!

Does anyone have any other good shampoos and stuff they have used for colored hair?

Also has anyone every tried ARTec or Quantem Reds shampoo? Do they work well?

It needs to be something i can get target, grocery store or Sally beauty supply.

Thank you!!

To keep colored hair in optimum condition, you really should use professional grade products, I have learned this from personal experience, and I am sure some people will disagree with me, which is fine.

The best I have ever used is Bumble and Bumble Damage Therapy - they have the shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner and hair masque. I have been using Bumble exclusively for about 2 years and my hair is 10 times healthier and shinier than ever before - my hair used to be very severely damaged.

Other good products are made by Biolage, Aveda, and Redken, they are more expensive than drug store products for sure, but worth every penny and can occasionally be found at bargain prices on ebay. Good luck!

Organix

The absolute best is the new brand called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate-free so it wont dry out your hair, plus it smells absolutely awesome! Organix has different collections for different hair types which are all amazing! You can get Organix at Target, Albertsons, Kroger, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon, Duane Reade, Safeway, etc. You'll love it!
