Obviously this is directed at those that dissagree with the body-mod culture. All are welcome to reply.

But...

It is because you've seen them so many times on Jerry Springer?

Because I've seen them just as many times on the red carpet.

Is it because you think that they're for showing off?

I've known people for years and not known of their tattoos, and had them not know of a couple of my piercings.

I'll admit straightup that some tats are trashy. There's nothing in the world that can make a pin-up on your thigh look elegant, but a well done, well placed tat or a tastefully-chosen piercing hardly screams trailor trash.

I'd like your honest reasoning as to why you feel the way you do about tats/piercings. For me it's simply like I was born to have them, I wasn't complete. It's like some old pple say, you're what you make of yourself, and I plan to make myself what I want, not what society dictates.

I'm looking for slacks that have a dressy material to the and not like the casual type material. I am looking for affordable ones for my budget. Like between $20 and $30. Hi everyone..i am asian and 14 years old. I always wear long sleeves or a hoodie because my arm hair is REALLY dark and noticeable. I have tried shaving, but the stubble was really coarse and after a while it grew back even thicker!! what should i do? Ugh, this is so gross! I have some upper lip hair. It's not really bushy or anything. But it's definitely darker than mosts peoples. What do I do?
When you wax and shave or whatever, doesn't that just come back a stouble?
Would bleaching help? I have a dance in a few days and I could use a quick fix.
Laser removal...well i'm 16, so I'm guessing that that wouldn't be optional right?

I have naturally wavy & curly hair. It's been curlier ever since I cut it a little bit shorter. Its about 2 inches down from my shoulder. I want to cut it, but it'll make my hair even MORE curlier.

I want to permenately straighten it to cut it shorter, but im afraid to.. my friends all think my hair's beautiful, but that's because I straighten it every day, the straightener straightens, but it isn't very good. Straighters dont work for me.
