Should you wear light coloured lipsticks with light coloured clothes and dark with dark clothes or the other way around? I can never figure it out. I am going out tonight (wearing black and red), and I don’t know whether to put on pick or brown lipstick.

Oh and I have black hair, pale skin and green eyes.

Ok, I am in love with the Nivea M. Multiple purposes made with creatine eye cream. LOVE IT. I use it every day.
Moisturizers I am using Nivea Q10 every other night and Aveeno Facial Moisturizer with SPF every other morning. Oh and new postively radiant Aveeno facial and body scrubs are awesome.
I am looking for some good lip creams... i hate chappy lips and thought i'd share my faves and see if anyone has ideas on lip creams.

I'm 21 now.my hair falling so badly when i washed it.so i took my friends advice and cut it off.but when it started to grew backed it still fall.so shoud i cut it off more so my hair will grow more healthier.and do i need to take any vitamin or anything......really need help.i don't want end up bold

I have about 30 bottles of nail polish, but I don't use them that often, so I don't want to keep them out in the open (and I don't have a dresser to put them on anyway). A lot of it I have had for a long time, but it is still good and I don't want to throw it all out. Can anyone help me out?

My blush erupted in my makeup bag and got all over the inside of my coach purse. My purse is satin on the inside and tweed on the outside. I'm not for sure how to remove it and I don't want to do anything to destroy any part of the purse. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks.

im 12-13 and ive heard from friends that body/facial hair can just fall out by itself, and they always give some example in their familes. this has never happened in my family (as far as i no). is this true? i mean do they just fall out then stay out. like for upper lip, side, leg, arm, etc....

i used to bleach my hair & it worked fine, but whenever I try to bleach it after having my hair red, it seems to turn orange...& i mean like REALLY orange, not just brassy. & no matter how long i leave in the bleach or how many times i do it, I can't get the white blonde color I want.

I have normal, very light blonde hair. I tried to save some $$ by touching up my light brown roots myself- I went to Sally Beauty Supply and got 20 volume developer and "high lift neutral blonde" in a little bottle. I used about half the bottle of the color and mixed it with developer. I also have some powder stuff that says "lifts up to 5 shades, mix with developer, neutral color"

My roots did not bleach to light enough, they are BRIGHT and yellow! Blue shampoo I used did nothing. I am freaking out.

What do I do? I have to be somewhere tonight! Sally beauty supply is closed.
