i used to bleach my hair & it worked fine, but whenever I try to bleach it after having my hair red, it seems to turn orange...& i mean like REALLY orange, not just brassy. & no matter how long i leave in the bleach or how many times i do it, I can't get the white blonde color I want.

go get it done professionally...they can take the color out, add some toners to it to make it less brassy and such and it will come out so much better and way less damamaged then trying to do it urself...it might cost a little but ud be spending just as much money by doing it all urself

you better go to a professional - i do hair and this girl tried to go to platinum blond herself and her hair ended up falling out.

also it depends what your natural hair color is =- how red it is - how many levels it needs to go through to achieve that color.

if you do it yourslef youll end up looking liek carrot top or youll have no hair - im serious

dark hair is in now though how bout a chocolate brown - thats sexy

Go to Sallys and have one of the experts help you out, a stylist will help, but usually try to get you to pay her to take care of it.. which is a safe route. if your down to pay.
