There could be many reasons why it's not staying on.. Bare Minerals is powder based no? Which just touches up surfaces. Make sure that you aren't using any products/face washes and especially moisturizers that have mineral oil in it. Mineral Oil sets on the surface of your skin and runs off/down your face through out the day, it's also REALLY bad for your skin. Also make sure that you are exfoliating your skin at least twice a week.. because otherwise, there are particals/caked debris and other things that might be from preventing your makeup to stay, (try modern friction from Origins, it is THE best exfoliant out there.. it doesn't just cleanse your face, it's much more beneficial)..
Another thing you could try is Origins makeup.. they use ALL natural ingriedients. It won't clog your pores and it soaks in, lasts ALL day. I've tried everything else, and live by Origins makeup. I'd be lost with out it. =)

u know i had a similar question and saw somewhere on the boards wearing a primer.
First I didn't know what a primer was... I went to CVS and in the covergirl section they had these creams under primer that look sort of like foundation. Something essentials....
I started using it and my makeup is lasting much longer now...

put ur hands away. some people like to put their hand on cheek.this will make ur make up dont stay long. if u using moisturizer, dont aplly foundation (or powder) right after apply moisturizer. wait for few minutes so the cream is well absorbed. than apply powder. u'll get the cream benefit and make up that last longer..or maybe u can try long lasting make up. :)

I use it too and it does seem like it wears off. I have to retouch it during the day. But it still works better for me than any other makeup I have used.

If you absolutely love your make up and don't want to change...after you apply your makleup and are finished with your hair, when you spray your hair spray, spray a little on your face. Not a lot...I know, it sounds crazy but, your make up will not fall...your powder or your eyeshadow. It really works!
