I used this cream hair relaxer on my short hair (im a guy). Its only about 1-2 inches long. now, my scalp is burnt really bad and it is swelling. my hair is like glued to my head. i tried to rinse with water, shampoo, and conditioner, but the hair is still glued to my scalp. it looks terrible. what shoul di do?

i'm 5'3'' (frustratingly SHORT by U.S. standards) and have difficulty finding jeans that fit. i usually have my jeans/pants altered but it's a pain and not to mention expensive. i'm planning to visit the philppines soon and would like to stock up on jeans with shorter inseams. so do you guys have em?
