im 17 and half..is there anyway i can get a tattoo in California with guardian/parent present? without gaurdian/parent?

No. There's a national law that says that no minor (someone under 18) can get inked, even with parental or legal guardian consent. Sorry, man!

you are just going to have to wait because it is illegal to get a tattoo underage with or with out parental consent only way you can do this is if you go to a tattoo studio that is out of california

you can't in Oregon! check the laws online, but by that time you'll prolly be old enough anyway :) just get a piercing to hold u over for now--you only have to be 16 for those. :D
