I don't think that there's much of a danger, if you have a competent tattoo artist. The needle only goes through the first few layers of skin and *shouldn't* hit any major veins. I have 7 tattoos and have never heard of a problem with an inside the wrist tattoo...but you may want to check with a good tattoo artist if you're worried.

I have the inside of my wrist tattoed and it was fine. The only thing that happend was when they would hit a nerve my thumb would twitch, which was actually pretty funny. It didn't hurt at all and there was no infection or veins hit. I do work on a computer all day and the only problem I had was that everytime I went to type I would hit my wrist on the edge of the desk and scrape it. So I had to keep it covered when I really shouldn't have.

There are no dangers a tattoo gun dose not penitrate deep enough to cause excessive bleeding. The only possible problem that could happen is you being alergic to the ink. Which can happen anywhere on the body and of course infection.
If done in a tattoo shop and you take proper care of your tattoo there is very little risk of infection.

If you go to a reputable and skilled artist there are NEVER any serious dangers, same goes for other tattoos. I have never heard of anything bad happening, you'll be fine. Just follow the aftercare instructions you're given and never be afraid to call or visit the artist if you have issues.

Pink panthers feet hit right at my wrist, it was a little more itchy when it healed, other than that no difference in risk level than any other spot.

I have one on my wrist. The only problem with getting one there is that you are constantly moving your arm, wrist, and fingers so the tattoo doesnt heal as quickly and can become infected. If it becomes infected, then after it heals you have to go back in to the shop to get it touched up. There are better places to get your tatts, trust me lol
