my daughter is an emo, but she is not into self harm....she dresses to the max... tight black jeans, studded belt, fingerless gloves even in summer and a over the face black hairdo...she looks just like a boy.. and others have told her this, she is very withdrawn at home, spends all her time in her room, does not go out and spend time with friends.....how do i explain to her that the way she looks puts her in a minority expecially at school? she does not like the attention she gets looking this way....

i have green eyes, somewhat light skin with a bit of a tan and im a brunette(with very unnoticable blonde highlights) i want my hair to be lighter but everyone says i look fine as a brunette. is going blonde from having light brown hair a good idea? is it too much of a drastic change? suggestions from someone whos been in this situation would be great! :)

I'm one of the many men these days that has a foot fetish... what can I say I'm a freaky Greek haha our culture revolves around intimacy :] but ANYWAY. I was wondering if my "version" is acceptable and a turn on? Because the way I see it is theres different levels of this fetish... for example, you have the scary, stalkerish, nasty foot fetishes where the guy doesn't care what the girl or her feet actually look like (ie if they're pedicured or not), they like to smell a girls dirty sweaty feet (ew), lick them while they're dirty (ugh), get "trampled" and stepped on (ow), etc. But then you have guys like me who are EXTREMELY picky. If I'm even going to LOOK AT a girl's feet they have to be recently pedicured, smell good, feel good, the girl herself has to be cute, all that good stuff. So ladies would you agree with me that there's 2 levels of this fetish? And if so, is my version sexy? Thank you in advance!

I have been using Retin-A for many continuous year for adult acne and to keep the wrinkles away and give my skin that youthful glow. Although it works well at keeping the acne away, my skin doesn't look as radiant as it used to when I began using it. I would like that radiance back. Does anybody have any experience with using Retin-A and taking a break for a few months? When you start again does you skin's overall appearance look better?

ok well i am curling my hair with my curling iron - its coming out nice except the fact that its only curling the ends? - like the top half of my hair is like pin striaght then all of a sudden it turns into curly q's! i keep rolling the iron as close to the scalp i can get it but it is still only curling the ends. i need the WHOLE hair strand curled.

People tell my I'm pretty, beautiful, etc. But I'll never believe it. After complaining about my looks so much, I think people are just telling me this to shut me up but they swear they aren't. I can't stand the way I look. I never had a problem with it before. I used to think I was pretty decent, but everyday it gets worse and worse. It seems like everyone around me is perfect. I can write down a million things I absolutly hate about myself. I'd do anything to look like someone else. I just want to dissapear completly. Eventually, I'll probably have such a low self esteem, I won't want to leave the house. I don't want it to get that far. I have friends, my family is good. All I do is complain about how ugly I am, fishing for complamaints. All this does is make people like me less and less because it annoys them so much. Just kill me?
