Im 37 , i got a lot of age and sun spots, i have tried every thing/

I had the same problem and found that the best treatment is a combination of vitamin A treatment cream (Retin-A) and 2% hydroquinone cream (this is the most effective skin-whitening product available today). I used the Obagi line of skincare, prescribed by my doctor.
