I'd say try to cut down on one of your products. You shouldn't be putting more than two things on your face. Find a moisturizer that has sunscreen in it, and you've already solved this problem (and most moisturizers DO come with SPF, this shouldn't be hard to find). Once you've done that, moisturize and then wait a few minutes, then apply primer.

Moisturizer-Primer-Sunscreen You want to put the sunscreen last to protect your face from the sun. The higher the SPF the more protection your face will get. I suggest a SPF of 30 or higher.

it is best to use as few products as possible, so look into getting a moisturizer WITH sunscreen.

well, it depends on what kind of primer you're working with...but i apply mine: moisturizer --> sunscreen --> primer...unless the primer has directions telling you otherwise (my bare minerals skin rev-er upper says to apply under moisturizer)
