consult with a dermatologist. You are not going to get definitive answers to your question here on Yahoo.

You might have an allergy, dermatitis or eczema or it could be another medical problem. Go and see a doctor who will know what it is. You should stop using all of your hair products in case they are causing a reaction. Allow the scalp to heal before re-introducing your hair products one by one to see if you are OK with them. Best to use natural products if you can. Sounds like you might need some moisturising cream too. But most importantly see a doctor as soon as you can. Hope i've been helpful. Take care.

It is more common in women, but yes men can have thyoid problems. A simple morning thyroid test of TSH, Free T4, Free T3, and an antibody test should tell you if anything is going on. Get copies of the numbers, so you will know if you are borderline on any of the tests.

Another thing that could cause hairloss is lack of vitamins in the diet

Yes men can have thyroid issues. You need to drink a tonic of water and apple cider vinegar. Mix well in an 8 oz. glass. ACV cleanses internally and gets rid of dermatitis. Has over 93 vitamins and minerals. You can use ACV as a hair rinse too. Drink tonic 2 times a day.

Well Its normal to loose hair, but if its more than normal It could be a lot of things. A while back, I was loosing a lot of hair. More than normal and I found out it was because of stress. If you're highly stressed it causes you to loose more hair. But I would go and get it checked out, whats it gonna hurt?? Better safe than sorry right. Hope all goes well. good luck
