I'm having issues with my current haircut, and I'm looking for a change. My hair is just barely to my shoulders, and I don't want to take off any length because I'm growing it out to donate it. Anything with any kind of bangs or no bangs, layers or not, whatever, I just want to see some pictures of styles that are about shoulder-length. Thanks :)

Okay... I know this is a long shot... Some time ago, I remember reading in a magazine about this apparel website where EVERYTHING they sold was under $15. Clothes, Shoes, Accessories, etc. But I cannot remember for the life of me what it was called. I have actually visited it and it is a quality website (not clearance, or ebay, etc.). And it was featured in a major magazine. I either saw it in COSMO or CosmoGirl, ELLE, redbook or vogue. So it definitely was a good website. If I saw the name, it would trigger my memory...and trust me i have searched!
