today i got a refral for haning out in a group of more than five people while i was at school do you agree with that (just a bunch of kids hanging around) I know this question is not in the right place but i wanted people to answer

Uhh no. As long as you weren't like doing something bad then there really isnt a reason for a referal...Grown-ups these days...
