target, abercrombie and hollister have cute tote bags, pretty much any brand of clothing sells purses. Old navy has some cute purses that are pretty cheap. You could also try going to outlet stores, if theres any in your area. I got my coach purse from the coach outlet for 100 bucks. Some of the purses there can still be a little pricey though. Sometimes you can find good sales, you just have to really look. Gap also has cute purses!!!

I don't know about on line but whenever I go to a shoe store I find the cutest purses. Most for $20 and under!! Thats a lot cheaper than those UGLY purses from Coach, Guncci, ect. They cost over 100 dollars!!

Try Urban Outfitters,or even Target. If you are looking 4 designer that is cheap nowhere but ebay.
