i recently bought BUrt's Bees super shiny grapefruit adn sugar beet shampoo. is this spampoo the best? if u know a good herbal shampoo plz tell me. i already have herbel essences so dont answer that plz. lol

I am a normal heterosexual male, I wear a watch, gold neck chain, a silver bracelet, a couple of finger rings, but have recently bought a gold ankle bracelet.
I feel a bit self conscience in public, thinking everybody notices, in the summer without socks, especially with my mates, that I would cover it up! I was wondering if wearing it would make me look a bit like a hoe, or a strange dude?
Also maybe black nail polish on my toenails would be over the top, but as they can be inside shoes, I don't feel that a problem as it's only the missus and I see em!
What y'all think?

I've been married for 15 years and have a beautiful diamond engagement ring. I want to leave it at a jeweler for cleaning and inspection. However, I know nothing about diamonds, and it occurred to me that it would be really easy for someone to switch diamonds on me without my knowledge. Is this a legitimate concern, or should I just trust a reputable jeweler? And suggestions?

I have long brown hair that goes down to my lower back and it's really boring. I don't know what to do with it. I was thinking of side swept bangs but maybe it won't look good with long hair? also when i wash my hair before going to sleep i end up having all of these bumps here and there and i don't want to use an iron. I've recently heard about tea baths and how they detoxify and stuff like that. So, what types of teas should I use? I'm not going to spend money on a special bath foam that has tea in it when I could just spend $1 on a box of tea bags. So if you could recommend a tea, and how to go about it, that would be great!
