the bottom ball should un-screw. some times the top and bottom ball will un-screw. so just unscrew those and slide it out. if its the first time you've taken it out you might want to gently add pressure to your belly right around the top or bottom which ever end your pulling out of. good luck.

Unscrew the balls at the end and then just slide it out.

If its hard to grip or seems like it doesn't want to turn, use rubber gloves to unscrew

very careful and put peroxide on it afterwards
