I've recently heard about tea baths and how they detoxify and stuff like that. So, what types of teas should I use? I'm not going to spend money on a special bath foam that has tea in it when I could just spend $1 on a box of tea bags. So if you could recommend a tea, and how to go about it, that would be great! Thanks!

If you are taking the bath to relax or right before bed, I'd recomend chamomille tea.

Otherwise, any tea will do. Early grey or something with honey or vanilla in it would smell nice.
