Try and steam them out.
Fill a giant bucket or bowl with steaming hot water and drape a towel over the top. Stick your head under the towel for as long as you can.
Then try and push the blackheads out with your fingers...be gentle..you don't want scars!
The hot water/steam will help open your pores and make your job easier...but there is a high probability that not all of the blackheads will be gone.

Is this the one where you squeeze a tube of Preparation H into a saucer and then heat it in the microwave before applying it to your face? It is supposed to use the astringent properties of Prep H to get the grease out of the blackheads. I don't know of anyone who was happy with the results.

Take 1 Tbsp. of Knox unflavored gelatin and 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk. Microwave for 10 seconds and apply to face. Let it dry for 30 minutes (will dry very stiff). Peel it off. This works just like Biore Strips.
and heck if that doesnt work ive heard of girls putting elmers glue on their noses till dry then peeling it off. ive never done it, but i have tried the above and it works.
and above and beyond all EXFOLIATE!

i have the best solution for u and it works in less than two hours. it works almost in a minute!! im serious! i tried it and it worked. all u have to do is cut a lemon in half and rub it on ur black heads. it will eventually get rid of ur blackheads if they are not too serious. hope it works for u beacuse my blackheads aren't that serious.

Open the pores with hot water ...then if they are bad you'lll have to squeeze them out then apply sea breeze or soemthing like it... If not take an abrasive face scrub and then dry.
For long term I swear by the Biore pads from CVS/Brooks etc.

I have an easier time sqeezing my backheads out when my face is oily, so therefore, I apply lotion or cream and then squeeze. Then wash and use astringent.
