Since your sister is only 14 I would go with the Britney Spears perfume. You don't have to be a fan of Britney Spears but her perfumes are quite nice. I got it for my daughter when she was 16 and she loved it. They are light fresh scents that are appropriate for younger women and girls. Beside they come in really pretty bottles and perfume atomizers.
