im getting 360 waves in my hair what should i do better to get better 360 waves. And are 360 waves permanent?

I've been dyeing my hair half my life (I'm turning 30 next month !)
I had a great excuse though because everyone goes grey in my family prematurely.
I am very pale with no pink tones. Milk white.
I have very pale green-blue eyes. They look pale grey in sunlight.
I have bene dyeing my hair either light blond or light red forever.
Kinda of sick of them.
What is the most appealing and flattering shade for my complexion ?
Also my hair is medium short with razored edges. Im growing it out this Winter/Spring

Ok so I have a tendency of dying my hair a lot. Light or dark. I had dark brown hair and i just dyed it this really bright red color but since my roots were grown out, only the roots of my hair are bright red and the bottom is like this nasty reddish brown color, it looks retarded. does n e one have any suggestions on how I should get it out. I want light brown hair with blonde highlights. If i bleach it, it will turn orange because i have tried bleaching my hair several times and it always turns around especially if its red now. I have also tried the hair color stripping kit from sally beauty supply and it didn't really work that well when I had dark brown hair unless anyone knows a better product to use that you know will work. Will peroxide bleach my hair better than actual hair bleach? I'm desperate please help me, i feel so ugly with this hair color. please help me, please!!!!

I was putting my hair into rollers yesterday and my son was watching me and asked me what his hair would look like if it was curly as some of the boys at school have got curly hair that seems to attract girls, .
I have told him that only women curl their hair and that he is being silly but if he insists I am prepared to set his hair in rollers the next time he washes it.
Have i done the right thing or should I take him to see a shrink.
I also think that he is just going through an experimental phase with his hair at the moment as he has not been to the barbours for a few months and his hair is about a couple of inches above his shoulders.

To really get this, you have to understand a little about me. Growing up, my best jewelry was really a pretty necklace with cute glass beads and some $6 CZ studs. Between my family's upper-lower class to lower-middle class social standings with money, and my jobless ingoramous spending of my mothers hard-earned cash, I was never able to afford pretty things that alot of girls at my school had. But I've always dreamed and would pretend with my sister that I was some classy broad who could wear the couture evening gowns and the pearl strand necklaces.
Now that I am older, my social standing still hasn't changed much, but I'm much more responsible about cash than my stepdad was and my mom is. I know that if you can save for your dreams and future, you can indulge.
But I have some very refined tastes. And these tastes, at least in jewelry, tend to be on the expensive side. I can find cute cheap clothes and the such, but I have a passion for pearls, diamonds, amethyst, topaz and saphires.

I normally wear a size 7 in shoes. I went to buy some Reebok Tennis Shoes (3D Ultra Lite) and they only has size 6 1/2 and 7 1/2. The 6 1/2 were too tight so I bought the 7 1/2.

I can still return them since I bought them today. Has anyone else bought tennis shoes 1/2 size bigger? Did the shoes work out okay?
