I gonna be wearing them with long boots does that make a difference and i'm 5' 4

It all depends on whether you want the trousers, to go over your boot or leave a few centremetres gap in between... take your boots with you when you try on your trousers and decide what looks better.

it al depends on how tall u are... if ur quite short then maybe go for something thats just under the knee or just at the calf... if ur taller than about 5'4" u can get away with the longer versions of cropped trousers... also have a look at how high or low waisted they are as this might affect where they sit on ur hips and therefore where they end on ur legs!

crop trousers are anything below de knee but above ur ankle -
Ask in shops n they will tel u

why dont you buy a pair of black shorts from newlook instead,get yourself a st tropez, nice gold belt,accessories, nice 1
