I want good quality. So they don't creep down my leg through out the day. I would prefer dark brown. If you have found some let me know where to find good ones. I don't want to spend more than $200

I got mine at Dillards this year; mine don't go to the knee, but they had a large variety of different colors and styles :)

They have great knee high boots with short heels at delias.com and alloy.com. I just bought a pair and they are very high quality fabric but cheap and comfortable. Mine costed $56.00 and I always get tons of compliments when I wear them.

I saw some nice boots at Sears today. Or, you could also try Macy's.

go to footlocker they sell Timberlans boots that are up to your knees and i think they cost lest than $200
