Sure they do. Skinny is referring to the cut of the jeans, not the size or the size of the people who can wear them.

Skinny jeans, when store bought (especially from old navy) aren't as skinny in the leg area as you'd like them to be.
Tilly's is a great place to get them, although it's more expensive there.
Or you could do what I do and sew them to where you want them.

yes they do i have some myself just go to a clothing store and they will tell you were a good brand of skinny jeans are.

I bought the " audrey pants" from gap and they went up to my size which I won't say but it is a plus size.
