Not only is it this time of the year, but I am on the high-school swim team and swim in a chlorinated pool for an hour and a half, six days a week. My skin gets extremely dry, even though I moisturize my skin every day. Do you have any advice, maybe some time of lotion I could use to soothe my irritated skin? I really appreciate your help!

Hiya. I need advice.

I bought a pair of shoes from new look about 1.5 months ago. I wore them 3 times and they still look brand new. Last night i was walking down some stairs and the front of hem snapped right off... leaving me nearly breaking my ankle.

I dont have my proof of purchase, but surely i should be able to return them. It says the shops name inside the shoe so i couldnt have got them from any other shop.

My aunt had the same shoes and hers done it as well. I bought them for my 21st next week and i am so disapointed :( lol

Last night, I colored my naturally dark brown hair w/ Loreal Preference shade: Light Brown. I followed the directions step my step and my hair still came out Dark brown. I recently cut off all my hair so my hair is pretty much virgin hair, so I just don't know what to do, or what went wrong. I dont want to put anymore permanent dyes or bleach in my hair. Do any one have any suggestions what I should do about lightening it?
