can i use makeup over sunscreen. how can i do that

Yes you can and it is recommended. Use a non-oily sunscreen that is gentle enough for your face. Apply after washing your face and allow it to absorb before applying makeup.

use a sunscreen made for your face only and read the directions and see if you can wear it under makeup.

Try to find a face cream that includes a sunscreen, there are a lot out there too.

Also, use makeup with sunscreens, what about bare minerals? that's supposed to have sunscreen qulaities, right? and its makeup that looks really good.

yes, you could.
but wait until your skin absorb the sunscreen perfectionally,
maybe for 30 - 40 minutes, to make sure that the sunscreen wouldn't get any trouble for your face and make-up ^ ^

Yes you can use sunblock under your make up. Apply just as you would a moisturizer, before applying foundation. It may be a little greasy, so you'll have to blot it before the foundation goes on. Then after you've applied foundation, pat down with a translucent powder.
