Try a company known for comfort and style or buy a really good pair from a high end designer. I've heard it is worth it because they really are made much better with comfort in mind as much as possible. Other than that you can try gel insoles and things like that but I still don't like the pain off heels yet agree those high heeled boots are beautiful.

Well, don't jump from not wearing any heels to stilettos. You have to learn how to walk in lower heels first. Buy yourself a comfortable pair of 2-inch heels. Get comfortable with that first, then go to a little higher...always with thicker heels or wedges.
Stilettos are not for first-timers. You'll likely look awkward and uncomfortable and therefore it won't matter how cute your boots are. And, really, they will always be uncomfortable. That is why they are typically only worn for special occassions that don't require a lot of walking or standing. They are great for dinner dates though!

First of all, buy your boots in the right size, or a number HIGHER. Remember that feet tend to bloat, you'll have enough pain from the high heel, don't make it tougher by buying narrow or thight shoes (or boots).
Now, the real pain when you wear high heels is the lack of protection the ball of the foot (where most of our weight is resting while walking or standing up). So to prevent excruciating pain, get a couple of Ball-of-foot cushions or insoles (gel ones are great). If you buy you boots an extra size, you'll have enough space for the ball of foot insole, and I can guarantee that pain will be tolerable.
Finally, when you get home, and take off your boots, soak your feet in warm water with salt (regular salt will do), for 5 minutes or so, and then give them a gentle massage, and when you go to bed keep them higher than you (use a pillow for example), to prevent excesive bloating.
Good luck!

It's impossible, you just have to get used to it. It's the price you have to pay for looking cute.
