if someone has sort of blondish hair, but its dark underneath and has dark streaks, but has darker eyebrows?

My sister has blonde hair and dark-brown eyebrows. I think it looks nice since then it brings out her eyes. What I do not like is when people are really blonde and they have blonde eyebrows. Then the facial features become dull. If you are blonde with dark eyebrows... you go girl!

Eyebrows shouldn't be more than 2 shades darker than hair colour, even if your hair is dyed it won't look exactly right. Why not buy an eyebrow dying kit or go to a salon to get it done?

It wont seem unusual as long as you save your eyebrows impressive and skinny and wiped clean up by having them waxed. Have them skinny them out and they are going to seem quite somewhat a darker blonde colour :) And stylist gained't colour your eyebrows. Its against the law. they say it would want to reason blindness. yet I actually have dyed my personal at abode!! purely be careful even as doing it :)

Nah, I don't think it's that weird considering the colors of your hair. You have dark streaks so it doesn't look too off.
Plus, getting your eyebrows bleached and dyed is a hassle.

you can get your eyebrows lightened by a stylist! a professional can make them a good shade, not excatly the same color. in my personal opinion, darker eyebrows with light hair look really cheap and ghetto.

Normally it is one shade darker than your hair.. Like me, i have brown hair and dark brown eyebrows.. i like it.
I think it is all in what you like... like I think if you have a good dye job for when its blonde...and you have darker eyebrows it looks good.
If you have a bad dye job for blonde..and dark eyebrows it looks bad.. ya know?

Uhm..no...in some cases they are lighter. Usually they are darker when the hair's been bleached but not the brows.

No, in fact that seems to be the norm especially in more sunny areas where hair tends to bleach out more.
