they're not bullet proof vests theyre just real puffy, it's filled with like cotton, around where I live they're called puffer vests.. u can find 'em at aeropostale, hollister, american eagle, jcpenny's, kohls, goody's, belks, lots of places..

bullet proof vests i heard someone call it a bully, do you mean those poofy jackets/vests they are called puffers and they arn't bullet proof.
