I think they are wicked cute, and they are great for where i live in upstate ny because it is so cold all the time, it would be practical and cute i think?

I love uggs. people at my school wear them like everyone has them at my school but it should depend on your own opinion. dont listen to the fashion magazines as to whether uggs are in or not. i say in but if you dont like them then dont wear them. but i personally love them for winter cuz there the only shoes that keep my feet actually warm. if you buy a pair that has been around for a while like the classic pairs then they are classic but if you buy them pairs for this season they will probably go out by next fall.

They're fine as long as you live where it's cold enough to wear them. I live in Georgia and it's been EXTRA warm so far this winter and seeing people in huge Uggs just makes them look stupid. AND I don't think you can get worse than a summery warm outfit (like light weight shirt and a short skirt) with those huge boots!

According to all the shoe websites, they are in style again. Every single website I went to was sold out, some until June of 2007. I also saw Uggs in Nordstroms, Macys and Bloomingdales. Surely those places wouldnt carry them if they were out. I ordered some from zappos.com in classic tall sand and they were on sale, although when I went back a few hours later to order some for my sister in law, they were sold out.

Where I come from, Uggs aren't really "in" or "out" or a "classic". They're just sort of there. I like them too, but the better fitting winter boots are more of a trend where I live. If you like them and they work for you you should wear them and enjoy them.

Honey, uggs went out a long time ago. Just look in all the fashion magazines. There are other alternatives though. Look in the December issue of Lucky magazine.

Honestly, uggs are out which is quite ironic since I am wearing them right now.
They are out with a few exceptions.
1) If you live in a snowy/wintery area since they are so warm and perfect for winter boots.
2) for lounging around the house.

i love uggs. i wear them alot and i live in a snowy place too. theyre in and i kinda think of them as a classic too.

well uggs are really coming back this year, also boots are coming back too! to be even more stylish, wear jeans with the boots and tuck them in the boots, that's really really in right now! =]

I've heard that uggs are sooo out, and also that they're back in this year. I say if you like 'em, wear 'em.
