Makeup Help?

I am an African American with moderate to severe acne. I am going to a special even tomorrow night, and want to cover all of the dark pigment I have not only on my face, but on my BACK. The dress that I am wearing is a halter dress, but I will feel self conscious the whole time If I don't find something to wear. I have used makeup before to try and cover it, but it always ends up smudging or smearing and rubbing. Is it because I'm just using foundation and no powder? Does anyone have any suggestions??

What make up/hair style for a brown dress?

I have a brown dress that I am wearing to my boyfriends company work party at a resort, its semi formal and i dont wanna be too understated or over the top? the dress is a flowy brown with satin accents, any ideas for what do to with my make up?
The dress is also a halter top that has a semi deep v neck any ideas on what up-do or down-do I should do? LOL My hair is about 3-4 inches past my shoulders. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

i thought blacks were proud of their race??

if blacks r so damn 'proud' of their race why do they straighten their hair die it blond and put in blue eye contacts????????? why???????? we cant dress or act like them but they can try and look like us?? thats a bunch of crap its such a double standard!

How do i stop a belly piercing migrating?

i am hoping to get my belly button repieced in the next couple of months. i took it out after about 4 months of having it in as i thought it was migrating. this might have been because i was fiddling with it or put really heavy bars in it too soon. or i could jsut have been imagining it because i am like that!!! what should i do or not do to stop it migrating?! thanks!
