Take iron and have more calcium in your diet and i think vitamin c not to sure about that one though. You can even buy this clear nail polish that helps make them strong( i use tough as nails). Now you can even buy nail polish with vitamins in it so you can have color and health. hope i helped!!!

eat jello. seriously! i got acryllic nails and when they came off my nails were really flimsy, but i ate jello and foods with a lot of iron and my nails were perfect again

Don't use fake nails either, it makes them weaker.

apply hard as nails to them and they should grow long and strong. also make sure your diet is good otherwise they will be short and thin.

Don't paint them. I noticed that my nails are alot healthier since I quit painting them, they don't split anymore.
