line your eyes in navy or charcoal and apply a light shimmery silver or silvery grey.

My best friend also have very fair skin, freckles, red hair and beautiful blue eyes. She looks best when she uses brown shades. And that also apply for mascara and eyeliner to. Try a brown or blackbrown mascara, and if you wanna use eyeliner, try a brown one, or maybe a green, that should also make your eyes pop :) The green is also very nice against the red hair!

Well, I have blue eyes too! I don't have fair skin, but I usually wear a light brown or a sheer metallic brown and it makes your eyes look good! Also, I reccomend using a brown/black colored mascara (just so they don't stand out..) And, use a brown/black eyeliner pencil, instead of liquid eyeliner, for the same reason. I hope this helps you! :D

Blue eyes tend to have a little yellow in the middle, so gold will make your eyes look lovely, and it isn't too harsh against fair skin.
I have red-blonde hair and blue eyes, and pale skin. I like to wear plum eyeliner, brown mascara and gold eyeshadow. It can look very dramatic, but black eye makeup is just too much on pale girls. Just use clear lipgloss or lipstick in a nude shade, because you don't want to overwhelm your face with too much artificial color.

Browns and bronze colors look really good with blue eyes. I have blue eyes too..so i know from experience..Brown and black eyeliner both work but if u use black don't put it on too think b/c you don't want ppl looking at the very dark liner instead of your beautiful eyes..And if you have small eyes don't put liner on your top lid. Also pinks help your eyes also stand out more.

Use more natural colors...browns , greys, pinks. But keep them light. Brown mascara and liner. Experiment with the liner. Try keeping it close to the lashes, try it smudged a bit, try it a bit thicker at the outside. See what YOU like best then go with that.

Apply a light grey/silver on the lower half of you eye and then where the crease is use a light brown. Line your top lashline with a thin line of brown. If you want your eyes to standout, use black liner on the bottom lashline and black mascara.

Consider soft browns and tans with sandy or pink undertones for blue eyes. Black mascara and eyeliner is fine.

Being a attractiveness freak i'm able to inform you what i think of! properly, i think of that crimson (dark and shimmery) with an apple colored eyeshadow might make your eco-friendly eyes look very defined! it might mixture in a manner that made you look like someone in the form marketplace! i for my area like the assumption of using the crimson and eco-friendly shadows (with maximum extraordinary hues) to tournament your eco-friendly eyes, and the eyeshadow will quite carry out extra eco-friendly and make you look extra sensible makeup sensible!
